Screening

Screening is mandatory for all new friends and is done for my safety and yours. More details on screening can be found on the contact page.

Deposits and Cancellations

I require a 20% non-negotiable deposit from all new suiters. For FMTY, a minimum 3-hour date plus first-class airfare and lodging is required by you (plus a 50% deposit). Please email for specifics.

I believe it’s important that we have a mutual respect of each other’s time. But, I also understand that life happens. If plans change and you must cancel our date, I require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice in advance. If cancellation occurs with less than 24-hours notice, I require 50% of our date to be paid in full that day.

Outcall & Incall

Outcalls can be at any upscale hotel. Personal residences can also be accommodated for.  Some outcalls may require a transportation fee which I will let you know prior to our meeting.

Incall availability may vary depending on my schedule. In some instances, incall appointments may be offered.

Donation Protocol

When you arrive for our date, please make sure your cash payment is in an unsealed envelope and that it is placed in plain view within 5 minutes of our meeting. No discussion is necessary. Polite gentlemen are my favorite!

Extended Dates

Dates 3 hours or longer must include some public activity together. This can include drinks at the hotel bar, a nice dinner, a sports game etc.

If you are unable to leave your hotel room during our date that is 3 hours or longer, please add another $500 to your donation.

Overnight dates require that I receive a full 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Dates over 24 hours also require a couple hours of alone time to myself (for a work out, a call etc.)

No Review Policy

I prefer to keep the time we spend together between us. I take confidentiality very seriously and expect you to respect that, which is why I have implemented a strict no-review policy. I appreciate your understanding of this policy.
